Demo workspaces are valid for 14 days. If you need an extension or want to convert to a production environment, please contact our sales team or upgrade your plan from the billing settings.
Ensure you have "Admin" or "App Manager" permissions. Some apps also require specific dependent modules to be installed first. Check the app's requirements tab for details.
Brilliant Rocket uses a prorated billing system. When you add a user mid-cycle, you are only charged for the remaining days of that billing period.
Yes, limits depend on your plan tier. Standard tier includes 1000 req/min. Enterprise plans offer custom rate limits. Check the developer docs for full rate limit tables.
